Resorts World Manila supports Pagcor, DOH and Davao City Government to build drug rehab

Resorts World Manila has collaborated with Pagcor, Department of Health and the City Government of Davao to build a world-class rehabilitation center for drug dependents in the Southern Philippines.
Last Tuesday, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte led the ground breaking ceremony and capsule-laying of the Davao City Treatment and Rehabilitation for drug dependents, together with representatives from Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), Department of Health (DOH) and other personnel of Cultural Foundation Heritage of Resorts World Philippines, at the project site in Calinan, Barangay Malagos, Davao City.
The said rehabilitation center has a floor plan of seven thousand square meters, and will have 224 bed-facilitiy, dining area, multi-purpose halls, basketball courts, and a visiting area pavilion.
According to an article published by Businessmirror, Resorts World Manila is allocating up to P200 million pesos to ensure the project meets international standards.
