Discovery Primea has got your holiday cravings covered with a number of upcoming festivities at their excellent dining destinations.
Make your holiday dining experience unforgettable and taste the flavours of Europe with Restaurant Tapenade’s Spanish-themed feast for Noche Buena on December 24. Cochinillo Asado, Paella Valenciana, Tradicional, and Tapas are just some of the Spanish favourites which are part of their menu for this day.
On Christmas Day, Restaurant Tapenade will also feature an Italian-themed menu which would feature “La Zuppa Della Nonna” (Soup, Grandma’s Way), Ligurian Seafood Stew, and some homemade “Porchetta.”
From December 1-31, 2016, The Gilarmi Lounge will also be serving 2 seasonal Afternoon Tea options – Christmas “Filipino” High Tea and Christmas “Classic” High Tea – as well as a made-to-order Bibingka to pair with the warm cuppa.
Gilarmi will also be serving unlimited tapas along with some of Spain’s best small plates. This pica-pica will be accompanied by some acoustic entertainment on New Year’s Eve, 10:00pm onwards.
Welcome the New Year with FLAME Restaurant’s fine meals, highlighted by Chef Luis Chikiamco’s innovative techniques. To accommodate more people, the restaurant would be open for two different seatings: one from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and another from 10:00pm to 1:00am.
The menu would feature Soy-cured Norwegian Salmon, Spice Roasted French Duck Magret, Duo of Australian Lamb, and Duo of US Beef.
