After the implementation of 8888 and 911 hotline in the Philippines for government complaints and emergency hotlines, the Department of Environment and Natural (DENR) resources had recently launched its new hotline so the public can reach them for environmental concerns.

In an article published on the DENR’s website, the hotlines had incorporated the agency’s abbreviated name for easier recall. Those using landlines can dial #DENR or #3367 from anywhere within the Philippines.

For mobile users, they can lodge inquiries through 0917-868-DENR or 0917-885-DENR. The public can also email the agency at aksyonkalikasan@denr.gov.ph and web@denr.gov.ph.

The hotlines and email provide direct access to the DENR Action Center, which was created as part of a quick-response mechanism to environmental issues and concerns raised by stakeholders.
