    Many Filipina bride-to-be are excited for the opening of the iconic American fashion brand, Vera Wang in the Philippines! In article published by Inquirer.net, Vera Wang, is opening its first store on November 11, Friday, at 8 Rockwell at Rockwell Center.

    The famous designer brand for wedding gowns has a clientele including Victoria Beckham, Avril Lavigne, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Hilary Duff, Khloe and Kim Kardashian and a lot more.

    About Vera Wang

    Vera Wang is founded by Vera Ellen Wang, born and raised in New York City, and is of Chinese descent. She was the youngest editor at Vogue magazine and worked there for 17 years. After leaving Vogue in 1987, Wang joined Ralph Lauren, whom she worked for 2 years. At the age of 40, she resigned and became and independent bridal designer. Since then, she gained global success with his evening gowns and masterpiece worn on red carpets and awards night.
