New World Manila Bay bartender, to represent PH in IBA-World Cocktail Championship
To represent the Philippines in the World Cocktail Championship 2016, three-time medalist and New World Manila Bay Hotel’s bartender Jessie Ray Clasicas will again be competing for the International Bartenders Association (IBA)-World Cocktail Championship on October 16 to 21, at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo, in Japan.

Clasicas, who has already been awarded as a three-time world medalist, will be showcasing his expertise when it comes to the art of bartending as he will be having Mozart Vodka for the main ingredient in the competition. According to Travelife’s report, “his inspiration behind the cocktail was a mix of flavors that will bring you sweet memories to reminisce with your loved ones.”
Last year, Clasicas finished third in the 6th IBA World Cocktail Championship – 19th Edition of Mattoni Grand Drink which was held in Prague, Czech Republic.
The 6-day World Cocktail Championships 2016 will hold various events such as welcome cocktails, IBA Symposium, Cocktail party, and other several competitions.
