It’s now official: beep card can now be used on ALL BGC Bus routes
After weeks of limited public trials, Bonifacio Global City (BGC) Bus and AF Payments, Inc. have made it official: you can now use beep™ in all BGC Bus routes.

In a report from GMA News Online, BGC Bus General Manager June Galvez said that beep™ cards will now be accepted in all seven of their routes, replacing the old TapBGC stored value cards.
“With the beep cards, it brings more convenience to our passengers and commuters. And with the current technology that we have, hopefully, more and more bus companies will use this system,” Galvez said.
AF Payments CEO and President Peter Maher hopes that the use of beep™ cards will be adopted by other bus operators, saying that their plan is to have everyone in the city use the beep™ card.
The beep™ card is a tap and go system devised by AF Payments, Inc. that used to be limited to LRT1, LRT2, and MRT3. It went under a limited public trial last week. Fares remain at P12 per ride.
beep™ cards can be purchased and reloaded at any of the LRT1, LRT2, and MRT3 railway stations, as well as the BGC Bus Station in Makati. They cost P20 each and can be reloaded up to a maximum of P10,000, and are valid for 4 years.
You can also reload your beep™ card at select Bayad Center outlets. You can view the list here: http://goo.gl/DUTPOb.
