FRESHNESS GUARANTEED. Crisp on 28th is your friendly neighbourhood, rustic-themed stop in the city if you are looking for breakfast to complement the crisp mornings.
Crisp on 28th is sure to get a lot of love from those with sweet tooth as it adds to its menu delicious cakes in the form of delightful concoctions called milkshakes. Yes, cake milkshakes! The clamor for these heavenly desserts is so strong they are making a comeback.
Enliven your taste buds with the harmonious blend of each cake milkshake coming in different flavors – Lemon Meringue Pie, Blueberry Cheesecake, Nutella S’mores, Strawberry Peach Pavlova and Toasted Marshmallows.
ONE OF THE CREATIONS. The Blueberry Cheesecake which is a mix of blueberries, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, graham bits, milk and cream cheese makes you let out a sigh of delight after every sip.
Managed by Carmela Villegas Agosta and her husband Julian Heussaff, they created the cake milkshake which is a tryst-turned-marriage between pastries and beverages. It is both their talents infused in one tall glass of dessert!
Erwan Heussaff, more popularly known as The Fat Kid Inside in social media circles, is also one of the owners of the establishment. He added his own flair with the spiked white chocolate that is milkshake for adults.
ARTISANS ON THE TRADE. Carmela Villegas Agosta and Julian Heussaff.
Accompanying the cake milkshakes on the spotlight is Don Churro’s pastry of crispy-on-the-outside-chewy-on-the-inside dessert served with rich dark chocolate.
LOCO OVER CHURRO. Who wouldn’t take a bite?
