M Turns 11: A Decade and One of Great Food and Great Music
The intersection of Makati Avenue and Dela Rosa Street housed one of the hippest parties in the Metro last June 4, 2015, as the Museum Café, or the M Café celebrated MTurns11, their anniversary party.

Specializing on Asian cuisine given a modern twist, the Museum Café is part of the restaurant family under the Raintree Restaurants chain, together with Kabila, Chelsea and Stella to name a few. The party is a tribute to the eleven years of “great people, soul-shaking music and nothing but good vibes” the café has given to its patrons since its founding and humble beginnings.

It capped the month-long celebration that kickstarted last April 30 and was followed by a series of events: ElektroDisko (May 7), Breakdance Special (May 14), Team Manila T-Shirt Launch (May 21), and “Night at the Museum” Limited CD Edition Launch (May 28), leading up to the MTurns11.
Everyone was in a dancing mood that evening, grooving in tune with the music provided by Sinosikat, Escolta 3am featuring Skarlet (of Putreska) and drums by Brigada. The dance floor music volume was turned a notch higher by DJs Badkiss, Supreme Fist, Edge, and an all vinyl set by Tom Turner (Switzerland). There were also the Malasimbo Recordings Launch of LUSTBASS (feat. Georgia Anne Muldrow) and a raffle of four tickets to the Malasimbo Music & Arts Festival 2016.
