Ramen Nagi Opens in Greenbelt 3, Makati!
Makati’s ramen scene continues to flourish as Ramen Nagi opens its 6th door for some serious slurping in Greenbelt 3. This is good news to all the followers of Ramen Nagi especially the working people of Makati. There is no need to brave the traffic going to SM Aura or SM Mall of Asia because our favourite Butao ramen restaurant is just walking distance from Ayala avenue.
The opening was graced by the owners, some famous local celebrities like actor Gerald Anderson, fashion stylist Liz Uy, club owner Tim Yap and VIP’s from Ayala Group.
Ramen Nagi Greenbelt 3 branch has a total of 120 seats. It is the biggest branch among the 6 restaurants in Manila. The opening night was a huge success. The restaurant was packed with ramen fans; all tables were occupied and the ambiance was great.
Specializing in its rich flavor slow-cooked pork bone soup ramen, Ramen Nagi’s every bowl of noodles is custom cooked. You can select from four choices of ramen: Butao King (390), Black King (410), Red King (410), and Green King (410). For first-timers, don’t worry, Ramen Nagi has their signature order slip wherein you can choose the firmness of the noodles, spiciness of the soup, side dishes and more. I recommend that you order your noodles ‘extra hard’ because it gets soggy overtime.
The opening was also the launch of their limited Ebi King. This shrimp flavored ramen will only be served for the month of December in all Ramen Nagi branches. So make sure you try it before it gets off the the menu!
Mr. Tanaka, the Japanese chef who was trained by Ramen Nagi founder Chef Ikuta Satoshi, was also present at the opening to supervise the kitchen!
Ramen Nagi has branches in Japan, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hongkong and here in the Philippines. The owners are planning to open up 3 more branches next year in Manila!!
