History Con 2017: Watch Out For the Biggest Entertainment Convention this Year

After conquering Manila for the first time last year, HISTORY Con is back bigger, better, and bolder. HISTORY Con is returning to the Philippines on a four-day convention at the World Trade Center Metro Manila from August 10 to 13.

Tagging it as bigger, better and bolder might just be an understatement. They probably just don’t want to overwhelm you with superlatives, but HISTORY Con 2017 is in fact the biggest entertainment convention to watch out this year, with the boldest event line-up, and the best showcase of HISTORY and FYI.

To start off, HISTORY Con 2017 has a star-studded lineup of stars from our favorite shows on HISTORY Channel and FYI Network. Our hearts are screaming for Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars, Danielle Colby of The Pickers, and John Weisbarth and Zack Griffin of FYI’s Tiny House Nation.

“Horny” Mike Henry of Counting Cars will demonstrate his talent in airbrush painting in a live car airbrushing session. Jaime Dempsey of Ride N’ Seek meanwhile will be a guest judge in the Bike Build-Off Competition. We should also look out for Filipina host and model Phoemela Baranda of Celebrity Car Wars, another Filipino Ryu Lim of Forged in Fire, Simon Yin who is most known as the host of Hidden Cities Extreme, and Adam Liaw of FYI’s Destination Flavour.

There will also be many other guests from various fields that will make the convention much more fun, curious, and interesting.

Besides the thrilling chance to meet and greet our favorite celebrities and learn from the most iconic personalities, HISTORY Con 2017 will also be filled with a lot of exhibitions, interactive activities, and competitions.

This year’s convention is expected to have 300 exhibitors. From food fair, lifestyle fair, and cosplay competitions to more extreme activities like airsoft wargames, paint ball games, and a motorcycle obstacle course, you are sure to find something to excite your curiosity.
