Art Cube Gallery in Makati: Promoting the Local Contemporary Art Scene Since 2012
Located at the OPVI Centre along Chino Roces Extension, Makati City, Art Cube Gallery has been a prominent fixture in the contemporary art scene since its establishment in 2012. The gallery has not only hosted over a hundred art exhibitions, showcasing the works of both renowned artists and promising young talents, but it has also represented Filipino artists on the international stage, participating in art shows in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and Germany. It has been a consistent presence at annual art events such as Art Fair Philippines and Art Central in Hong Kong.

Its latest exhibit titled Sangtigwa, which runs from November 4-25, 2023, centers around childhood trauma, and healing. Denmark Dela Cruz utilizes his art to boldly critique the harsh realities of a society plagued by power imbalances, poverty, and injustice, while Kevin Vila’s art delves into metaphysical and ontological realms while drawing connections between Philippine mythological narratives and contemporary human behaviors and societal challenges in this exhibition.
