The Orchard in Cavite: A Countryside Golf Club with World-class Championship Courses

Located less than two hours from Manila in Dasmariñas, Cavite, The Orchard Golf & Country Club is a prestigious 36-hole golf course with two world-class championship courses designed by legendary golfers Gary player and Arnold Palmer.

Home to prestigious golfing events in the country such as the Johnny Walker Tour, The Orchard’s first course, the Palmer course, has difficult-to-hit greens in regulation due to its numerous water hazards, while the narrow fairways test the accuracy of the player’s shots.

Meanwhile, the Player course’s 13th, in particular, has a tense design, with a pond on the right and bunkers on the left from the left foot down and OB at the back from the second point, which is downhill from the left foot. It is a safe bet to play it from the right side of the fairway.

Aside from golfing, players can also try other sports such as swimming, basketball, and tennis in the clubhouse.

For snacks and refreshments, they can go to the Golfers’ Lounge. Orchard Burger (Php480), a burger consisting made from pure U.S. choice beef, bacon, and cheese sandwhiched in a bun, served with a small salad and fries is a popular item here.
