This transient house can be rented as a whole (Php 12,500/ night) with four rooms and a big living room that perfectly fits 10 to 12 people. This is highly recommended for families who wish to have a private place for themselves.

It also houses a resto-bar inside where they serve Ilocano favorites such as Pinakbet (mixed vegetables), Bagnet (crispy pork belly), Ilocos longganisa (pork sausage), as well as fresh seafood Sinigang (sour stew).

The restaurant is only exclusive for in-house guests of the transient house. However, every summer, they open the restaurant to cater to the public.
How to get here:
- From Laoag City, take the Pan-Philippine Hwy and continue to follow for about 85 km. You’ll pass through Bacarra, Burgos, and Bangui. Turn left at the end of the road Baloi and straight ahead to Blue Lagoon. TagpuJuan is located on the left just in front of Casa Consuelo.
