It’s still in its soft opening, but it’s already a promising property. They have 32 well-appointed rooms that exude a Filipino vibe with all the perks of modern life, all with a view of the sea. All of their rooms use cogon-thatch, bamboo, and capiz shells.
Facilities at Friday’s Puerto Galera are top-notch, even if they’re but a few. They have their own 120-seater restaurant with an outdoor bar and grill, a swimming pool, and a business center.
Friday’s is also great for weddings, with Boquete Island giving your special day the perfect atmosphere — a secluded, quiet location that’s away from all the sounds of the mainland.
Diving enthusiasts need not venture away from the resort as they have their own PADI-certified dive facility. The waters surrounding the island belong to Muelle Bay, listed as one of the most beautiful bays in the world and is declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve by the International Coordinating Council of the Man and the Biosphere Programme. This, combined with its eco-friendly push, make it one of the best resorts in Puerto Galera to date.
