  • If you’re looking for a change of scenery, something that is hugely different from the dreary life of working in the city, head to a nearby paradise. Such paradise can be found in Laiya, Batangas, where Laiya White Cove Beach Resort lies in wait for wanderers and tired souls.

    Laiya White Cove Beach Resort is a peaceful paradise on a 1.4-hectare compound that emanates calm and peace with its minimalist white-dominated design, a collaboration between an engineer husband and an architect wife. The whole place glows with beauty and elegance, its white color scheme perfectly blending with the fine white sand that it stands on. Even though it has been operating for a decade already, its glow has not faded.

    Laiya White Cove Beach Resort is known for the sense of exclusivity it imparts on its guests with its relaxing, paradise-like ambiance and spacious modern accommodation. The resort has a total of 18 fully-furnished rooms that also follows a minimalist style, accented with just the right amount of texture and details on curtains, beddings, and pillows. They have four main types of room accommodation: Standard Family Room, Premier Family Room, Quad Room, and Couple Room.

    The most practical choice for solo travelers, couples, and small groups is the Couple Room which can accommodate up to two persons. The Premier Family Room meanwhile is the best choice for families and large groups as it has a maximum capacity of eight persons (with extra charge after four people).

    Laiya White Cove Beach Resort houses the Al Fresco Restaurant and Bar on the ground floor and a sundeck where guests can simply relax. They also have a two-story clubhouse for events and team buildings, and a garden area for photo shoots and garden events. Some recreational activities that you can enjoy at the resort are beach volleyball, table tennis, giant chess, and water activities like island hopping, kayaking, banana boating, flying fish, boating, and jet skiing.

    The resort accepts day trips for small groups (less than 50 persons) with an entrance fee of Php 300/head. Beach parasol tents can be rented for Php 900 – Php 4,000 depending on the number of persons.
