    Balaw-balaw is the name of the dipping sauce from Angono that is made of fermented rice, shrimps, and bamboo shoots. It offers authentic Filipino cooking as well as popular exotic foods, which many customers have tried. Aside from that, they also display a wide collection of paintings, sculptures and paper mache.
