The flowers are 3 feet tall and are made of plastic. You can walk through the field of white blooms via a concrete pavement that leads to the dining area. At night, tourist frequent the place as these roses are lighted in LED to create a more stunning effect.

The two-story cafe promises a stunning view of the mainland Cebu which made it more dramatic with the vast waters. Guests can enjoy walking through the fields and viewing the Cebu skyline in the presence of cool breeze. Having your picture taken in this beautiful café is undoubtedly Instagram worthy.
