Credits to NBDB This rainy season calls for a heavy downpour of books focusing on the young ones. On July 21, Umuulan ng Libro: Philippine Children’s Book Summit, a literary conference for authors, illustrators, publishers, teachers, librarians, and students is going to be held at The Elements at Centris. This is spearheaded by The National Book Development Board (NBDB) with the Philippine Board on Books for Young People (PBBY) aiming to further strengthen the children’s literature.
