MITSUKOSHI BGC Welcomes Japanese Autumn with Aki Festival 2026 from September to November
Japanese autumn arrives in Bonifacio Global City as MITSUKOSHI BGC presents Aki Festival 2026 from September 2 to November 1, 2026, bringing a season-long lineup of shopping, entertainment, pet-friendly activities, and Japanese-inspired cultural experiences to its GF Main Event Space.

Inspired by aki, the Japanese word for autumn, the festival invites guests to experience the charm of the season without leaving Metro Manila. Throughout September and October, MITSUKOSHI BGC will transform its spaces into a celebration of Japanese autumn, with activities designed for families, pet lovers, shoppers, music fans, and pop culture enthusiasts.
The festivities begin with the Aki Busking Sessions, happening on September 6 and 13, and October 4 and 11, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Guests can wind down with live performances while enjoying an evening at MITSUKOSHI BGC, adding music to the mall’s autumn atmosphere.
Pet lovers can also look forward to the Aki Paws Market from September 14 to 25. The special market adds a playful, pet-themed element to the festival and gives visitors another reason to explore the season at MITSUKOSHI BGC.
The celebration continues on September 26 with the Aki Fur Fashion Show, where fashionable pets get their moment in the spotlight. The one-day event brings together style and personality in a fun showcase made for pet lovers and their camera-ready companions.
Rounding out the festival is Cos-Mic Asia from October 17 to November 1, which will celebrate 70 years of Japan-Philippines friendship through Japanese pop culture and entertainment. The event adds another dimension to Aki Festival, highlighting the long-standing cultural connection between the two countries while giving fans of Japanese entertainment something to look forward to.
With weeks of seasonal activities lined up, Aki Festival 2026 offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sights, sounds, and cultural moments associated with Japanese autumn.
