Moscow Ballet ‘La Classique’ Brings Swan Lake to Manila
Witness the quintessential tale of Swan Lake as Moscow Ballet ‘La Classique’ performs the classical piece on Manila stage this June.
Bolshoi Ballet’s star dancers Nina Kaptsova and Alexander VolchKov will lead the retelling of the timeless story of romance, betrayal, and redemption. They will also be accompanied by the Russian Symphony Orchestra conducted by Yaroslov Tkalenko.
The shows will run from June 14 to June 22, 2019, at the New Frontier Theater in Cubao, Quezon City.

The Moscow Ballet of Classical Choreography “La Classique”, headed by Elik Melikov, was founded in 1990 by the Union of Theatre Activists of the USSR. The esteemed group is known for their classical productions such as The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, Romeo and Juliet, and The Swan Lake, among others.
