Pokémon RUN 30: The Philippines Edition’ Brings a Fun-Filled Adventure to SM MOA Complex This October
Get ready, Trainers! An exciting Pokémon adventure is about to begin in the Philippines! This October, fans can lace up their running shoes, bring their best energy, and step into a fun-filled world inspired by one of the most beloved franchises across generations.
Pokémon fans and running enthusiasts are invited to begin their next adventure as Pokémon RUN 30: The Philippines Edition takes over the SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City on October 3 and 4, 2026, starting at 4:00 a.m. Organized by RUNRIO Inc., the event brings together fitness, fandom, and family-friendly fun in a large-scale celebration inspired by the world of Pokémon.

Designed as a non-competitive fun run, Pokémon RUN 30 welcomes participants to enjoy a playful 5KM Adventure rather than race for rankings or podium finishes. Runners and walkers alike may join the experience, making it suitable for Pokémon Trainers of different fitness levels.
Participants may choose from available race day and wave options upon registration, with slots organized across October 3 and 4 to help manage the flow of runners.

Participants will begin at the starting line by choosing their first partner Pokémon before setting off on the route. Along the way, they will pass through a Pokémon Gym, where fun obstacles are designed to test their energy and spirit as Trainers.
Runners can also stop by the Pokémon Center hydration stations to refresh and recharge during the race. As they continue, they will meet different Pokémon along the route and collect special stickers to fill their Pokédex. By the time they reach the finish line, participants will see their partner Pokémon evolve with them, completing the adventure.

Participants may register under two categories: 5KM Standard at Php 2,450 and 5KM Premium at Php 3,450. Each race kit includes a Pokémon RUN 30 T-shirt, drawstring bag, Type Themed Bib, Poké Ball Themed Arm Band, Pokémon RUN 30 Pokédex Search Sheet, First Partner Pokémon Lenticular Card, and Pokémon Trading Card Game Booster Pack. Premium registrants will also receive a Pokémon RUN 30 Pikachu Shoulder Plushie.

Finishers will also receive special items such as a Pokémon RUN 30 Finisher Medal, Pokémon Lenticular Cards, a tote bag, and other goodies at the redemption area.

The experience continues beyond the run through the Pokemon Festival Zone, where participants can enjoy Pikachu parades, meet-and-greets, themed photo spots, and sponsor booths. The festival zone is also open to the public for FREE!
To ensure safety and comfort, drinking water will be available at hydration stations along the route and at the finish area, while medical aid stations, paramedics, and route marshals will be stationed throughout the course. Portalets will also be available within the event grounds.
