Catch The Philippine Garment Leather Industries and Textile Expo 2019 This December
The Philippine Garment Leather Industries and Textile Expo is set to happen on December 5 to 8, 2019 at SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay City.
The event is hosted by the Philippine Board of Investment (BOI) and the Confederation of Wearables Exporters of the Philippines (CONWEP) with a shared goal of strengthening the capabilities of garments, textiles, leather goods, and fabric for exportation.
BOI and CONWEP will bring together manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders who are engaged in the fabric industry.
In 2015, the country acquired 137, 000 textiles and 422, 000 garment company workers while the Department of Trade and Industry is aiming USD 1 billion in incremental investments, USD 3 billion in apparel exports, and 600,000 jobs.
