In partnership with The Okura Prestige Bangkok, this event brings authentic flavors of Thailand to Manila by Chef Phuvadol Chanasenee, Executive Sous Chef of the Bangkok-based luxury hotel. Chef Phuvadol Chanasenee brings a globally refined approach to traditional Thai cuisine. With experience spanning Australia, the UK, and Thailand, he has honed his craft at acclaimed kitchens such as Mercado and Koi Dessert Bar in Sydney, as well as at The Sukhothai Bangkok. Trained in both Thai culinary foundations and international hospitality, Chef Phuvadol is known for creating dishes that balance authenticity with modern flair. His passion for seasonal ingredients and regional Thai specialties is at the heart of this exclusive culinary showcase at Yawaragi.

Over the course of three days, guests can explore a curated spread of classic Thai dishes, each thoughtfully prepared with traditional techniques, balanced flavors, and seasonal ingredients sourced from across Thailand. In addition to this special Thai menu, guests can also continue to enjoy Yawaragi’s signature Japanese offerings, showcasing the refined culinary traditions that Hotel Okura Manila is known for.
Buffet Highlights Include:
- Scallop and Herbal Salad (Pla Hoi Shell)
- Aromatic Chicken Coconut Soup (Tom Kha Gai)
- Deep-Fried Seabass in Three Flavored Sauces (Pla Sam Rod)
- Thai-Style Fried Rice with Crab (Khao Phad Poo)
- Traditional Fried Noodles with Prawns (Pad Thai Goong)
- Northern Style Curried Noodle Soup (Khao Soi Gai)
- Mango Sticky Rice (Khao Niew Ma Muang)
The buffet is priced at Php 3,850++ per adult, while kids aged six (6) to twelve (12) dine at Php 1,925++. Children aged five (5) and below eat for FREE, a great weekend option for families. Lunch is served from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. and dinner from 6 – p.m. – 10p.m.
