This Introductory course will be mentored by Mr. Robert Francisco, the previous owner of Figaro Coffee, and now the president of Boyd Coffee Company Philippines. What started as a long love affair for coffee turned out to be a passion and expertise in coffee production. From coffee history, to making your own cup to running your own cafe and coffee trivia, Mr. Francisco will definitely fill your minds with loads of information about your favorite beverage.
