Museo Pambata Storytelling Workshop
Remember the stories your parents read to you to get you to sleep? How about those that your grandma would tell to keep you entertained when you were stuck indoors? Just like any kid, you were probably amazed as to how they brought simple words from plain paper to life.
As an adult, you’ve probably had your fair share of storytelling and your fellow adults would agree that storytelling is no easy task. You’ll have to pull every child-friendly trick out of your sleeve just to catch a kid’s attention.
For parents, teachers, and librarians who wish to polish their storytelling skills or for the youth who simply want to try out a different weekend activity, head over to Museo Pambata on July 28 for their Storytelling Workshop. It will be conducted by veteran TV, movie, and theatre actor Bodjie Pascua. The workshop is a great way for others to learn the tricks to be an effective storyteller.
