A Japanese dessert workshop is coming this June 18 from 10 am to 4 pm. Instructor will be hands-on as students try three recipes namely Japanese Cheesecake, Sakura Mochi and Dorayaki.

Cooking through the years, Heny Sison is a recipe-based boutique culinary school that enables one to practice more the specifics of each class with advanced techniques over these short courses. Offering lifestyle classes, they have already expanded their courses available with a more personalized style and techniques as they create a hands-on experience for their students.

Heny Sison Culinary School is named after Heny Sison herself who traced the roots of her interest in cooking through her mom in her very home at Orani, Bataan. Taking a different pathway of the program she finished, her love for baking led her from taking classes to conducting classes. This passion allowed her to establish the Cake Decorating and Baking in 1985 which was eventually named as Heny Sison Culinary School in 2003.

Classes are on a first-come first-served basis so book your slots now via Facebook message, email <> or contact (02) 726 5316. Prepared for you are your apron and ingredients. All you have to bring with you is a hand towel and food containers.
