  • According to Philippines Statistics Authority, there are more than 180,00 foreign residents in the country. This number increases every year, depending on how they prefer their lifestyle compared to their origin country. Expats are spread out in different cities, but most of them stay in Metro Manila.

Some of them have stayed here for a number of years, some are still adjusting to the customs and traditions of the Filipino people. Seeing this opportunity, In Touch Org. decided to have an event that talks about how to live in the Philippines. This event is for expats and foreigners who want to know the ins and outs of everything they need to know about the life situation in the country.

Living in the Philippines is set to happen on March 10 or 13, 2018, 10 am to 12 noon at In Touch Community Sevices, 48 McKinley Road in Makati City. The guest speaker is Julia Holz, an American CPA and BPA who has lived and worked in several countries in Europe and Asia before settling in the Philippines.

The talk will start with a brief background of the Philippines, its values, and how to make adjustments. She will also be discussing the language barrier and how to blend in with the locals. This is for new expats and to those who want to understand more about the Filipino culture.

For bookings visit www.in-touch.org/calendar-of-events.html and for further inquiries, you may call them through this number, (o2) 893 1893 or email them at intouch@in-touch.org.
