9th Startup Weekend Manila: Learning by Doing

There is yet another door of opportunity opening up for aspiring entrepreneurs in the country. The 9th Startup Weekend Manila is set to happen from March 16 to 18 at the A Space STUDIO Fort in BGC.

Once again, young and passionate entrepreneurs will be given the chance to immerse in the ideal environment where ideas and visions can materialize into business. Startup Weekend is an entrepreneurship learning program held regularly, where “participants learn by doing,” experiencing the highs and lows, and the fun and pressure that surround a startup. In 54 hours, Startup Weekend Manila can let you experience all that.

At the 9th Startup Weekend Manila, you can connect with fellow dreamers and goal-driven people, discover your capabilities, learn what it takes to start your dream business, and finally—start.

On the first day of the event, there will be networking, pitching, and team building. The second day will be composed of mentoring and practice. And finally, the third day will be your chance to present your product/service and celebrate a job well done!

Startup Weekend is organized by Techstars, a global network that aims to empower and support entrepreneurs through mentorship-driven accelerator programs that are held regularly worldwide. They provide various resources for entrepreneurs to be able to bring forward new technologies and services at a faster rate.
