Distinct Refinements: Painting from the Provinces (ongoing until October 28)
Fancy attending an art gallery full of paintings at the same time appreciating what true art is? Visit the MET BSP Complex Roxas Blvd, Malate, Manila, this Friday. Distinct Refinements: Painting from the Provinces highlights the creative niceties of homegrown artists from the regions and practices that originated and developed independently from expressions in Manila. Curated by Prof. Santiago Albano Pilar, the exhibition features selections from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas collection.

David Harrower’s Blackbird showing in RCBC Makati (September 8-10)
Mark your calendars on September 3 and 10 (8:00 pm and 3:00 pm) at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium, RCBC Plaza, Makati City, watch the award winning play, Blackbird, will come to life! Tickets are priced at Php 1,200 for Orchestra Center; Php 1,000 for Orchestra Sides; Php 800 for Loge and; Php 500 for Balcony.

4th Japan Education Fair and Convention (September 9 and 10)

2nd Philippine Cinema Sessions (September 9-10)
Yabang Pinoy will be presenting the 2nd Philippine Cinema Sessions on September 9-10, 2017 at the Globe Tower in Taguig City. The session includes a series of discussions and talks about filmmaking, as well as the current condition of Philippine Cinema. The said event will also tackle other elements like the importance of addressing various social issues in films and how it affects future production of local films.

PBA Run for a Cause Year 8 (September 10)
Join your favorite PBA stars as they run in their annual benefit project Run for a Cause on September 10, 2017, Sunday, 4 am at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City to save lives.
