The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in a weather bulletin that Visayas, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, Masbate, Mindoro provinces, and Palawan will experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the LPA. It was last tracked 60 kilometers east of Catarman, Northern Samar.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have fair weather. Isolated light rains caused by the northeast monsoon are also likely.
Mindanao may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will continue to prevail over the northern and eastern sections of Luzon.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas.
