  • Molo Mansion in Iloilo
  • Once a beat-up mansion that was thought to be gone for good and couldn’t be restored, the Molo Mansion is one example of an imperishable architectural beauty that has stood the test of time. Originally built in the 1920’s, the mansion now stands in all its glory facing the Molo district plaza and the Molo Church.

The Molo Mansion features classic Philippine colonial architecture, with graceful arches, high ceilings, and intricate decorative carvings, which is impressively graceful from all angles.

The mansion is now open as a heritage attraction in Iloilo, which houses a number of stores that only showcase local artistry and craftsmanship. When you go inside, on the ground floor you can find the Kultura store, which displays various fashion items and souvenirs that are all inspired by Filipino culture and Ilonggo heritage.

At the back is where you can find the Molo Mansion Cafe (formerly Table Matters) where you can sit and relax while admiring the timeless mansion that stand before you.
