- From Candon, Ilocos Sur, head north via MacArthur Hwy/Manila N Rd., then turn left going to Santiago Cove. There are signages directing your way to Vitalis White Sands. Once you’ve reached Sabangan Bridge, turn left then drive straight until you reach Vitalis White Sands.
