  • Bataan’s Nuclear Power Plant
  • The 389-hectare Bataan Nuclear Power Plant in Morong, Bataan is known as the first plant to be built in South East Asia, and the only one in the country.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t put into use after its construction as the Aquino government, post-Martial law, decided to decommission the plant. As it is not operational today, the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant serves as a tourist and an educational attraction to tourists and students so they may get to know what could have been the first nuclear power plant in South East Asia.

If you want to visit the place, you may reach them at (02) 924-5313 or (02) 922-7848 and once again be able to relive the true Filipino experience!
