  • IFEX Philippines 2026 Returns This May to Showcase Global Food Innovation
  • The country’s biggest business-to-business and export-oriented international trade show for food, beverage, and ingredients is set to return as International Food Exhibition (IFEX) Philippines 2026 opens its doors from May 21 to 23, 2026, at the World Trade Center Metro Manila.

Now in its 18th edition, IFEX Philippines continues to stand as the longest-running food-sourcing show in the country, bringing together some of the biggest, most trusted, and most promising names in the food industry. This year, the event is expected to be even bigger, with more than 700 exhibitors showcasing a wide range of products across the food, beverage, and ingredient sectors.

From bakery and confectionery to seafood, beverages, plant-based products, functional food, ready-to-eat items, ingredients, and private label opportunities, IFEX Philippines 2026 offers a comprehensive sourcing experience for buyers, distributors, suppliers, and food industry players. With a broad selection of categories gathered under one roof, the trade show makes it easier for businesses to discover new products, compare offerings, and connect directly with producers and potential partners.

More than a sourcing event, IFEX Philippines 2026 also serves as a dynamic platform for local and international market players to explore new services, build strategic partnerships, and unlock stronger marketing opportunities. As it welcomes a wider global range of choices, the event promises an exciting space where buyers and suppliers can optimize their sourcing and selling experience for premium-quality food products.

This year’s edition also strengthens its message of responsible growth through the launch of its co-located show, the Sustainability Solutions Exchange (SSX). Designed to highlight technologies, products, processes, and knowledge on sustainability and circularity in the food sector, SSX brings greater attention to the future of food production.

First launched as a three-day digital conference in 2022, SSX was later integrated as a show feature in IFEX Philippines 2024 and Manila FAME 2024. For 2026, it takes a bigger step forward as a co-located exhibition and conference, positioning itself as the country’s first sourcing and knowledge-sharing platform dedicated to building a greener food industry. Through this initiative, SSX also contributes to the realization of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

IFEX Philippines 2026 offers a valuable glimpse into the evolving food landscape—not only in the Philippines, but also across the global market. From export-ready Filipino products to international sourcing opportunities and sustainable innovations, the event presents a meaningful platform for businesses, buyers, and food professionals looking to discover what is next in the industry.
