Ballet Manila’s Giselle to Take Stage in October
Fans are in for a treat as Ballet Manila prepared an exciting line-up of shows in celebration of their 24th Performance Season!
A part of it is the classical ballet piece Giselle, a romantic tale of a peasant girl who dies of heartbreak after discovering that her lover, Albrecht, is to be married to someone else.

Giselle was summoned from her grave by a group of supernatural women called The Wilis. This leads to a series of events that narrates betrayal, heartache, forgiveness, and death. Giselle is truly a timeless classic will make you fall in love.
The production is set to take the stage on October 19 and 20, 2019 at the Aliw Theater in Pasay City.

Ballet Manila’s 24th Performance Season kicks off in September with Snow White and ends on March 2020 with their double-bill production of Carmina Burana & La Traviata. Giselle is set to be the season’s second production. For the full list of shows this season, you may refer here.
