Fringe 2019: Manila’s Multi-Arts Festival
Fringe, Metro Manila’s open-access and multi-arts festival, will once again present an inclusive program line-up, happening from February 7 to March 3, 2019.
From February 7 to March 3, 2019, expect a wide variety of activities, events, and performances featuring over 2,500 artists in a multi-venue, multi-arts festival that will rock February’s celebration of the Philippine Arts Month!
This 2019, festival-goers can expect veteran Fringe artists such as festival partner The Sandbox Collective with their production of Every Brilliant Thing starring Teresa Herrera.

Repertory Philippines restages their 2018 hit Silent Sky for this year’s Fringe while PETA opens Charot!, a comedy that will challenge the Filipino culture of joking about the serious topics.
The 2019 Fringe Festival will also be celebrating the history and the beauty of our surroundings with city tours around Metro Manila.
Manila Art Deco Weekend by Old Manila Walks celebrates the city’s rich and diverse heritage of 1930s modernist architecture, while Bambike explores one of a kind pit-stops, showcasing not so hidden gems on their bamboo bikes in Intramuros, BGC, and Poblacion, Makati.

Fringe provides safe spaces and opportunities for the rising creative industries – which include music, design, film, the performing and visuals arts among others. The event aims to produce experimental pieces and perform works they never had a chance to while developing cross-cultural exchanges and engaging with the local community.
