    Led by Mr. Salvatore Arria, an Italian regional cuisine consultant, Pasta Through the Ages is a lecture/demonstration/tasting on the most well known Italian dish in the world. This gathering will take place at The Last Chukken at the Manila Polo Club on September 23 at 1 pm.

     With The Last Chukker and Slow Food Manila as partners, get to know about the history, regional differences, and iconic recipes of the much-loved Italian dish. Of course, get to taste authentic Italian pasta dishes as you learn about the culture of Italy in terms of their food.

    Chef Salvatore Arria gained his culinary experience from living and working in Italy for more than 40 years. He attended culinary classes in 2012 to 2013 at the Coquis-Ateneo della Cucina in Rome where he was certified in the art of Italian Regional Cooking.
