PCP’s 12th Professional Photojournalism and Documentation Photograph Workshop
Once again, Philippine photojournalists will come together to celebrate quality and ethical news photography and share their knowledge and experiences to interested and aspiring photographers, this coming November 8-12, 2017 at the 12th Professional Photojournalism and Documentation Photograph Workshop.
The workshop will be conducted by the Photojournalists’ Center of the Philippines (PCP), an organization established by working photojournalists back in 1997. They aim to professionalize the practice of photojournalism in the country and carries the central slogan: “professionalism in photojournalism.”
It is accredited along with the National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and had established partnerships with Amsterdam-based World Press Photo and the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) to be able to formulate a diploma in photojournalism program at the Ateneo de Manila University.

The workshop will take place at Sagada, Mountain Province. Instructors and facilitators include some of the top country’s photojournalists and visual storytellers and educators.Workshop fee would cost Php 10,000 inclusive of food, accommodation, workshop materials, complimentary PCP limited edition workshop t-shirt and a certificate of completion.
