Port of Kobe Seminar in Manila to Strengthen Japan-Philippines Logistics Networks
The Kobe Port and Harbor Bureau will hold the Port of Kobe Seminar in Manila on August 25, 2026, at Diamond Hotel Philippines in Manila.
The seminar will present the latest port policies and logistics strategies of the Port of Kobe, one of Japan’s leading international ports. It will also introduce the advantages of using the port and provide information aimed at strengthening logistics networks and supporting business expansion between Japan and the Philippines.
Designed for companies involved in port logistics, transportation, trade, and supply chain operations, the event will bring together representatives from the Ports and Harbours Bureau of Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Kobe City Port and Harbor Bureau, DP World Philippines, and NX Philippines Corporation.
The program will include an introduction to Japan’s International Container Strategic Port Policy, an overview of the Port of Kobe and the benefits of using its facilities, a presentation by DP World Philippines, and an introduction to the logistics services offered by NX Philippines Corporation.
Following the presentations, an information exchange session will be held to give participants an opportunity to interact and establish professional connections. Light refreshments and drinks will be provided during the session.

The seminar will be conducted in Japanese and English, with consecutive interpretation. Participation is free, with attendance limited to 80 people on a first-come, first-served basis.
The event will take place at Constellation on the 27th floor of Diamond Hotel Philippines, located at the corner of Roxas Boulevard and Dr. J. Quintos Street in Manila. Registration will begin at 3:00 p.m., followed by the seminar from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. The information exchange session will run from 4:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
