Running and cycling are powerful ways to connect with nature, improve health and well-being, and foster camaraderie among individuals. These activities bring people closer, creating shared experiences and building stronger communities.
This November 23, the National Bike Day 2024 is set to unite enthusiasts, families, and communities through the SikAT Community Run and Ride, celebrating active lifestyles and collective spirit.

The Community Ride is a convergence-style event that brings cyclists together from various starting points around the city, including Venice Grand Canal Mall and Eastwood Central Plaza. All groups will depart from their meet-up locations at 6:30 a.m. to converge at Arcovia City, creating a vibrant gathering of cycling enthusiasts united in celebration of active lifestyles and community spirit.

If running is more your pace instead of cycling, the Community Run begins with a meet-up at 6:00 a.m. at Arcovia City, followed by the official send-off at 6:30 a.m. Participants can look forward to starting their morning with a refreshing three-kilometer or five-kilometer run through the scenic routes of Arcovia City.

The SikAT Community Run is led by Black Mamba Energy Drink, the newest locally-made energy drink in the Philippines, and Tara G Run Club, a dynamic community promoting fitness and running culture. The Community Ride, on the other hand, is organized by the Firefly Brigade, a non-government organization, and PopCycle e-Bike Center, a hub for promoting eco-friendly cycling solutions.
