  • Play in a tournament for abandoned seniors and others in need of help. Bring out your golf bags and sun visors as Sociedad Española de Beneficencia (SEB) will be holding their first golf tournament on May 24 at the Wack Wack Country Club.

    The private charitable institution, Sociedad Española de Beneficencia, is holding their first golf tournament for their cause: providing assistance to elderly citizens in need. Since 1948, SEB has been operating under the supervision of Spanish nationals who, having made the Philippines their home, are sensitive and sympathetic to both Filipino and Spanish concerns. According to their website, their services to include the provision of medical assistance, hospitalization and burial assistance to the Spanish senior citizen residents in the Philippines, and medical/dental missions and feeding programs to the indigent Filipino elderly and youth.

    The golf tournament scheduled on May 24 at the Wack Wack Country Club will support their current project, Act on Aging. Through their activities, they wish to give back to those who once gave all their hard work for their loved ones. SEB provides assistance, support in service and medical needs. The fee is at Php 4,300 inclusive of the green fee, lunch, an entry in their raffle, and a caddie trust fund mandatory to the venue. The event will not cover caddie fee and golf cart rental.
