  • Pasko Noon at Ngayon – A Solo Exhibition Of Jun Impas
  • Altro Mondo Arte Contemporanea proudly presents PASKO NOON AT NGAYON, a solo exhibition of new works by realist painter Jun Impas, at the Altro Mondo Arte Contemporanea gallery (3rd Floor, Greenbelt 5, Ayala Center, Makati City).

The show “PASKO NOON AT NGAYON” straightforwardly illustrates the rich, colorful tradition celebrated by the Filipinos during the holidays. Jun Impas’s most recent works stem from his personal fondness of the festive season while also drawing from his realist interests: to interpret the reality of the Philippine cultural past and present.

For Altro Mondo’s year-ending show, Jun Impas fittingly presents the social and cultural situations during the Christmas season, effectively merging two timelines into one visual output.

Jun Impas is a realist painter who has gained recognition for his highly detailed artworks and he is celebrated for his talent in painting portraits. Since his solo show in 2008, he has been widely commissioned by Philippine Cardinals. He has received multiple awards and is recognized as one of Cebu’s most recognized artists.
