  • Shopping, good food, music, and exciting local finds are taking over Rizal Row once again as The Modern Market returns to Estancia at Capitol Commons from August 21 to 23, 2026.

    Running from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. throughout the three-day event, the community pop-up will bring together more than 40 local brands and shops, giving visitors plenty to browse, discover, and bring home. Best of all, entrance is completely free, making it an easy weekend stop for friends, families, and anyone looking to spend the day exploring local finds.

    The lineup covers everything from fashion and accessories to scents, home pieces, and specialty items. Shoppers can browse clothing from ALIGN & Pintanyo, Futbolero, Style Stunner Manila, and Vintage Tuklasan, while jewelry and accessories can be found from brands such as Callista Jewelry Collections, Lolita’s Charms, and Timeless Vault by Bianca.

    Those in the mood for more unique finds can also explore names such as Bebebalm, Capriccio, Chasing Scents, Craft-Avenue, Mood Lamp, Nu Paws, Overdose MNL, Summer Somewhere, and Totekin. Guests can personalize their market haul as well, with opportunities to customize charms and accessories and have selected items engraved.

    All that shopping can work up an appetite, and The Modern Market will have plenty of food and drinks to keep visitors going. The food lineup includes 10:30 Coffee, Bangkok Bites, Bloc Pizza, Bon Appedee, Crab Project, Creme Chillery, Dirty Protein, Fat Boi Hotdogs, Gelato Bene, Genchana, Healthily, Ikko Bakery, Ju.Ice, Konbini Chicken, Mainro, Meat Pack MNL, Mike’s Deli, Norden Roast, Sandohaus, Taste of India, The Wagyu Wagon, Tsiah, and Tusok Usok, among others.

    The market is also designed to be more than a shopping trip. Visitors can capture the day at the Flipd Studio photo flipbook activity, explore other on-site experiences such as Nubi Nabi, and enjoy live DJ sets throughout the weekend to keep the atmosphere lively from morning until evening.
