The annual art event will bring together notable groups of galleries, art schools, independent art spaces, and collectives. On top of that, student groups will also sell some of their artistic works.
Mr. Richard Cartie D. Quebral, the featured artist of the event, will showcase his eye-catching pieces, representing stories about his family, home, and neighborhood. Check out his works at the Museum Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. booth available for sale.
On the other hand, special exhibit artist Dex Fernandez will highlight “Garapata Hatchery,” an interactive booth wherein participants can catch Garapata merchandise using a shirt or tote bag.
A live portraiture demonstration will be held by Jackie Lozano. At the same time, she will entertain questions about her methods of creating art.
Art in the Park is deemed as one of the most affordable art fairs in the metro. Yes, the entrance fee is definitely free! Nevertheless, a portion of all the sales will be donated to the Museum Foundation of the Philippines in support of the special projects of the National Museum and other museums in the country.
