Happy Living & Dr. Wine Host The Gamechanger Biodynamic Wine Dinner on March 12

It is about time to discover interesting stories and origin of biodynamic wines and their distinct characters as Happy Living and Dr. Wine present The Gamechanger Biodynamic Wine Dinner happening on March 12.

Set on the 3rd floor of Dr. Wine, this special wine dinner features four fascinating wines, which are certified by Demeter International as biodynamic wines.

This wine dinner aims to present how Demeter-certified wines will be the gamechanger in the industry of wine as an integral product that will help biodiversity and ecosystem preservation.

The dinner menu includes five organic chef pairing dishes—three of which will be paired with an exquisite choice of wine. One is the Game Changer Toast and Canapés paired with Domaine de Mauperthuis Chablis 2017 white wine.

Meanwhile, the Organic Mesclun, Mozzarella, and Poblacion Pesto will be tied up with a bottle of Domaine de la Renardiere Ploussard AOC Rouge 2016.

Lastly, the Corn “Meat Balls” Red Wine Sauce, Grilled Vegetables, and Fresh Pasta will come with two wines—the Lue Baudet A Quatre Mains Corzes – Hermitage 2017 and Chateau La Nerthe Chateauneuf-du-Pape Rouge 2015.

A serving of Malagos Farm Cheese Platter and Filipino Dark Chocolate and Coconut will also be served to guests. Dinner will start at 6 p.m.
