Enjoy a night of culinary mastery as Raffles Makati brings acclaimed Michelin star Chef Guillaume Roget of France’s La Brouillarte to the Philippine shores for a Culinary Masterpieces by Michelin Star Chef Guillaume Roget.
The three-night event is happening on November 27 to 29, 2019 at Mirèio, Raffles Makati, Makati City.
The event is set for guests to sample dishes that are inspired by the flavors of Southern France and Spain in a five-course dinner complemented by exquisite wines.
Before becoming a Michelin-starred chef, Chef Guillaume began as a sommelier for Michelin-starred restaurants such as Les Freres Ibarbour, Buffet, and Le Mas de Candie.
However, when he discovered his love for cooking, he traded in his decanter and began his culinary journey. The Michelin-starred chef is self-taught, driven, and guided by his passion for the craft, taking inspiration from his Basques-Souletines roots and pairs it with his mastery of wine.
The event is priced at Php 6,800 inclusive of a five-course dinner with a glass of wine. Dishes to be served include Torched Rare and Wild New Caledonian Blue Prawn, Australian Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Celeriac Confit, and Grilled Sea Bass among others.
