Cake shows are not a rare sight in other parts of the world, specifically in the USA, Australia, and Europe.
That’s why Cake Fiesta Manila brings you the country’s first and ultimate cake and bake show, happening on November 15 to 17, 2019 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay City.
Cake Fiesta Manila promises to be a celebration of all cakes and bakes for enthusiasts and dessert lovers alike.
Cake Fiesta Manila aims to elevate the quality and skills of cake decorating in Asia through the presence of top suppliers in the industry, as well as the best teachers from all over the world.
Various competitions are also held to put the spotlight on the cake community, one which is the Cake Wars.
It challenges the decorating prowess of cake makers as well as their skills under time pressure. Winners of this contest will have the chance to represent the Philippines in the International Category.

Apart from their competitions, there are workshops taught by international and local teachers such as Sidney Galpern, Zoe Hopkinson, and Michelle Smith.
The local teachers, meanwhile, include Lora Sebastian, Gerry Tan, Cai Gutierrez-Ladion, among others. Some of the workshops that you can sign up for include sculpting and modeling, anatomy sculpting, figure modeling, and a class on illuminated cakes.
