Explore Spanish Cuisine With Chef JC de Terry’s Masterclass
Calling all aspiring culinary artists!
The renowned Chef JC de Terry will exclusively share his impressive cooking techniques at the Wine and Learn masterclasses on September 23 and 30, 2019 at Terry’s Bistro in Pasong Tamo Extension.
Organized by the Center for Culinary Arts (CCA), the masterclass will have two-day cooking sessions—sharing his expertise on how to prepare three of his luscious specialties.
The first session Paella, Churros, Sangria will begin with the Paella Cooking demo, one of the well-known delicacies in Spain, followed by a serving of Sangria. Said session will end with Spanish sweet treats, churros and chocolate.
Participants will also get the chance to explore new cooking tactics as the second session Essential Tapas will let you freely create your own Spanish favorites. These include croquettes, patatas bravas, and other recipes!
Aside from learning more about the authentic cuisine, guests are welcome to enjoy dishes paired with a complimentary drink. Just add Php 500 to taste Terry Bistro’s wide selection of fine wines.
The masterclass is priced at Php 2,500 for one session and Php 4,000 for two sessions, inclusive of ingredients per session.
Chef JC de Terry is one of the people who introduced exceptional Spanish dishes to Filipinos by establishing Terry’s Bistro, making him the “King of Spanish Cuisine.”
