  • Mercato Centrale, in partnership with Make It Makati and The Embassy of Mexico, bring you the fiesta of fiestas — Makati Street Meet: Cinco de Mayo will be happening along Paseo de Roxas fronting the Ayala Triangle Gardens from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on May 5, 2019!

    The Mercato Centrale Group is the organizer of the biggest weekend night food market for lifestyle activities. In collaboration with Make it Makati, Heineken, and The Embassy of Mexico, they are set to bring us a night of great food, music, and arts during the event.

    Cinco de Mayo is an annual celebration to commemorate the Mexican’s Army over the French Empire on May 5, 1862. In Mexico, historical reenactions, parades, and meals take place on this day. In Makati, there will be performances and food all afternoon till night to celebrate the occasion.

    Local musicians VY!DD (David Jason Tan), Aloura, Tom Suplico, and Okik will surely make the weekend afternoon as festive as possible.

    Celebrate Mexican culture and heritage and learn about the history of Cinco de Mayo while listening to great music, drinking beer, and having a great Mexican feast at the most happening party this weekend at Paseo de Roxas, Makati City from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
