Celebrate International Science Center and Science Museum Day at The Mind Museum on November 10

Get ready to celebrate the amazing world of Science with fun-filled and educational activities at this year’s International Science Center and Science Museum Day at The Mind Museum on November 10, 2018!

The International Science Center and Science Museum Day is a worldwide celebration that began in 2016. Museums and Science centers across the globe dedicate a day to this celebration. This year, they are once again partnering with UNESCO for the World Science Day for Peace and Development. The chosen sub-theme for this year’s celebration is “Science, a Human Right”.

Last year, The Mind Museum hosted “Science for Peace: A Night of Music & Spoken Word”, where visitors were able to listen to live music and spoken word poetry. Guests were also granted an after-hours-access-pass to The Mind Museum’s exhibits and galleries, and were treated with various activities for both adults and kids.

Science Museum Day 2017 at The Mind Museum

While The Mind Museum has not yet revealed their line-up of activities for this year’s celebration of the International Science Center and Science Museum Day, they have announced that the festivities will last all day long.

The celebration will start at 10 a.m. and will end at 5 p.m. Festivities will happen at the museum’s Canopy Plaza, where there will be Science shows for everyone to enjoy!
